St Hilliers has been awarded the tender to manage the Kirwan Health Campus expansion, a $40 million project that will improve access to community health care in Townsville.

The new two-storey facility will be constructed to expand capacity at the centre, which delivers specialist services including pre-natal and post-natal care and oral health.

The facility will also include additional outpatient treatment centres.

St Hilliers has commenced mobilising a project workforce and conducting planning and design meetings.

The upgraded campus design, construction, build and fit-out will include measures to limit the building’s environmental impact.

Construction of the new facility and the refurbishment works are scheduled to be completed by the second half of 2024.
