Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

If you haven’t received the verification email, please check the following:

•   Junk Mail Filter - To ensure the email has not been tagged as SPAM
•   Email Rules – To ensure the email has not been automatically placed into a particular folder in your mailbox
•   Check with your IT department – It may have been blocked at the server level (your IT Support will be able to advise if this is the case)

If you haven’t received any media statements via email, please check the following:

•  Did you receive a verification email after subscribing?
•  Did you click on the 'Verify my email address' link and receive a second email confirming your email address has been successfully verified?
•  Junk Mail Filter - To ensure the email has not been tagged as SPAM
•  Email Rules – To ensure the email has not been automatically placed into a particular folder in your mailbox
•  Check with your IT department – It may have been blocked at the server level (your IT Support will be able to advise if this is the case)

To update or cancel your subscription, simply click the unsubscribe link in any media statement emails you have previously received. This will delete your email address from the database.

You can then use the Subscribe link on this page to re-subscribe and update your subscription preferences..
