Release of the independent Developer Review Panel report is the start of an important consultation process. 

The government has not committed to implementing the recommendations of the independent Developer Review Panel.

The panel’s recommendations will need to be tested alongside feedback before the government forms a view.

Industry experts, those working within the industry, and members of the public will be invited to provide feedback.
