Minister for Energy, Renewables and Hydrogen and Minister for Public Works and Procurement
The Honourable Mick de Brenni
There is no change to solar feed in tariffs in Queensland.
No one has backed solar more than the Palaszczuk Government.
The QCA has also determined the regional feed in tariff will rise 41 per cent this year, putting as much as $200 into the pockets of families and small businesses, while mums and dads will receive a $175 Cost of Living Rebate because Queenslanders own their energy assets.
It’s a bit rich from the LNP to be talking about solar when they cut solar feed in tariffs.
They didn’t get renewables then, and they still don’t get it now.
The Opposition Leader should apologise for scaremongering at a time when Queenslanders should be encouraged to install rooftop solar.
