Attorney-General will appeal McAulay sentence
Attorney-General Yvette D’Ath will appeal the sentence of the 17-year old male who hit and severely injured Constable Peter McAulay with a vehicle in 2018.
The Attorney-General said the three-year sentence was manifestly inadequate.
As the matter is still before the courts the Attorney-General will make no further comment.
