Information raising concerns about administration was recently brought to the attention of Shareholding Ministers for the Gladstone Ports Corporation, which was referred to Queensland Treasury. The Under Treasurer has referred these matters to the Crime and Corruption Commission.

As the matter is before the CCC it is inappropriate to comment further.
