Townsville’s women’s prison commissioning ceremony

Minister for Police, Corrective Services and Sport Judy Spence will today (March 10) commission Queensland’s first stand-alone women’s prison outside South-East Queensland, the new $130 million Townsville Women’s Correctional Centre (TWCC).
