MEDIA ALERT: Receivers appointed to MacAir Airlines – Contingency arrangements activated

Transport Minister John Mickel will hold a media conference at 2.30pm today to outline contingency arrangements that are being put in place following the appointment today of receivers to MacAir Airlines.

Mr Mickel will also comment on the timeframe for re-tendering the Queensland Government’s contract held by MacAir for the provision of air services to western and north-western Queensland.
