Minister Mickel to visit Cairns
Event
Minister for Employment and Industrial Relations John Mickel will announce that Workplace Health and Safety Queensland has established a Dive Unit.
The unit will be staffed by three experienced dive inspectors to deal with health and safety issues specific to diving and snorkelling.
Later in the morning Minister John Mickel will highlight the importance of international students to the Queensland economy when he meets with students and University representatives at the James Cook University.
