Media Alert: Boost for Queensland's contemporary music industry
Minister for the Arts Rod Welford and Minister for Trade John Mickel will unveil two new contemporary music strategies at one of Brisbane’s iconic live music venues, The Zoo, tomorrow night (Wednesday).
The initiatives support Queensland’s contemporary music industry and aim to boost local music industry exports.
The event will feature performances by three Queensland music acts – The Boat People; 26; and Emma Dean.
There will also be opportunities for photographs.
