Ergon Energy is about to embark on an Australian-first – hooking up a hydrogen fuel cell in a Cairns display home to generate electricity into the supply network.
This ground-breaking trial has real potential to be used in remote communities on the fringes of the electricity network.
Today, Minister for Mines and Energy Geoff Wilson will launch this exciting, new generation concept.
