Gold Coast deaths to be thoroughly investigated: Premier
The State Government will thoroughly investigate the circumstances of the deaths of Chris Gear and Steve Sayer – the two painters who died yesterday on a Gold Coast construction site, Premier Anna Bligh said today.
“Our thoughts are with their families and their friends and remind us all of the dangers in our work sites."
“If there is anything that requires us to regulate further, or to legislate, we will not hesitate to do so,” said Ms Bligh.
