The Bill will amend the Environmental Protection Act 1994 to create a new part for offences relating to depositing litter, particularly in relation to littering offences from a vehicle. New littering offences, littering from a vehicle and dangerous littering, have also been included, with infringement notice penalties of $225 and $300 respectively. In particular, the purpose of the Bill is to allow an authorised person to issue:

The Bill amends the Wine Industry Act 1994 to support the ongoing growth of Queensland's wine industry, while safeguarding the industry's integrity. The Bill will implement a range of significant industry development proposals, streamline the licensing process, establish standard trading hours and ensure the law remains up to date and reflects industry trends.
