TAFE Queensland welcomes new CEO and Board members to strengthen skills and training delivery
- New leadership to drive stronger skills and workforce outcomes for Queenslanders.

The Crisafulli Government has welcomed the appointment of a new chief executive officer and two new board members to lead the next chapter of TAFE Queensland and strengthen training delivery across the state.
Tim Rawlings has been appointed as chief executive officer, alongside new board members Kieran Chilcott and Susan Gladman.
The appointments follow a refresh of the TAFE Queensland board to ensure the organisation has the right leadership, experience and industry insight to respond to Queensland’s skills needs and workforce challenges.
Minister for Finance, Trade, Employment and Training, Ros Bates, said the new leadership team was helping deliver the Crisafulli Government’s plan to build a stronger, more productive workforce.
“The Crisafulli Government is delivering a Fresh Start for skills and training, with stronger leadership and a clear focus on jobs and outcomes,” Minister Bates said.
“Tim Rawlings brings deep experience across training, industry and government, and his leadership will help strengthen TAFE Queensland as a high-performing public training provider.
“Kieran Chilcott and Susan Gladman bring valuable expertise in education, governance and finance, and will add strong capability to the Board as it guides the future of vocational education in Queensland. “
