Online campaign for budding small business owners

The Queensland Government’s popular 7 steps to business success webinar campaign is back for 2016, with a new look.

Minister for Small Business Leeanne Enoch encouraged those considering starting their own business to tune in to the online series.

“If you’re serious about starting your own business, but feel as though you need some help, this program is ideal,” Ms Enoch said.

“Participants will learn how to navigate the early research-phase of starting a business in Queensland, as well as expected costs, necessary skills and legal requirements.

“Each subject contains webisodes, resources and links to further learning materials, and participants will have an opportunity to interact with others and post questions on each video.”

    The topics include:

    • Consider your idea
    • Consider your market
    • Consider your competition
    • Consider your environment
