Tim Mander fails Budget homework

Opposition Education spokesperson Tim Mander has been caught out failing to do his Budget homework.
Minister for Education Kate Jones today said Mr Mander has confirmed he has not read the Budget papers after he claimed Great Results Guarantee funding had “disappeared”.
“Mr Mander only needs to read page 12 of Budget Paper Four to find Great Results Guarantee funding is listed as a line item,” Ms Jones said.
“In fact, Great Results Guarantee funding increases under the Palaszczuk Government.
“This is an embarrassing blunder from Mr Mander and confirms he’s unfit to hold a leadership position in the LNP.”
Great Results Guarantee funding is outlined in the 2015-16 Budget papers in exactly the same way it was in last year’s budget.
Great Results Guarantee is supported by Federal Government funding.
